Feeling good. :)

So I posted some comparison pictures in my previous post, and I have to say, I feel really good about it. I obviously have a longgggg way to go, but I feel really good about how far I've come, how much I've accomplished. It definitely puts a smile on my face to see where I started and where I'm at now. When you just compare to the last pics you took, yeah you can see some change, but nothing earth shattering. Then you look at pics from the beginning and you go "WOW, there really has been a big change." So, to anyone who is on this journey, or just starting or thinking of starting, I definitely recommend taking pics, even if you never share them with ANYONE else, at least YOU will be able to see the changes. It's definitely motivating. :)

I am planning to go weigh here in a bit when G gets up from her nap. As you know, I've been using my in-laws scale to keep my official weight, so I'll have to go see what it says later. Hopefully I'm down at least some again. I have 3 weeks to go 'til my "deadline"! :) I may not make it, but if not, I will be darn close!! I just know it.

I can't believe Griffyn is 3 weeks away from being ONE YEAR OLD. Where has the time gone?! It has sure flown by, quicker than I could've ever imagined, that's for sure. I just can't believe it's almost May again and that this time last year I was soooo pregnant and miserable and ready to meet our sweet girl! It has been the most amazing year of my life, hands down. I am such a lucky mama. She is close to walking on her own, but hasn't done it yet. She will walk around furniture and pushing her walker or anything else she can push, lol but she hasn't gotten brave enough to try it on her own yet. I keep wondering if she will be walking by her birthday or not. Guess only time will tell!! :)

We are going to Manhattan this weekend!!! I.AM.SOOOO.EXCITED!!!!! Although it's a little bittersweet because I know it'll be hard to leave and know that isn't our "home" anymore, just like it always is. But, we are super pumped about going!!! It's the KSU Spring Game on Saturday so we're gonna drive up super early that day and hang out til the game then go to the game and then hang out afterwards. I'm excited. I absolutely cannot WAIT! It's gonna be a great time, as usual. :) Last year I was 8 months pregnant and SOOOOO swollen so I'm excited to enjoy it a lot more than I did last year, lol. I was hot and pretty miserable, not gonna lie, but it was still great to be in Manhattan and watch KSU football!! :) AHHHHHHHHHHH it's gonna be great!! :) We also get to see some friends we haven't seen since we LEFT Manhattan. That was almost 2 years ago. I'm really looking forward to that as well. :)

Well I suppose nothin' else to update on right now anyway. :) Hope you all are looking forward to your weekend as much as I am!!! And for those of you on this weight loss journey with me, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!! You CAN do this!!
