Wooot!!! :)

Haha we did some "research" today to try to see if Justin would be eligible for a reenlistment bonus when he goes active duty. Turns out not only is he eligible, but the MOS (job) that he is going to go into is in dyer need of people to do that MOS (Counterintelligence) that they are offering a CRAZY big bonus. If you check out THIS WEBSITE, you can see that his new MOS (0211) the first one listed, has a bonus of $58,750 for E5's (Sergeant's and above)!!!!!! Are you KIDDING ME?! Do you know what we could do with that kind of money?! A LOT. We would be able to pay off ALL of the little bit of debt we have (student loans and vehicles!!!) and have PLENTY left for savings and G's college fund and whatever else. So, what this would mean is, when he gets approved, he would go do all the paperwork he needs to with a career planner in KC, then he'd get into a school (which looks like would happen quickly because they need people in this MOS BAD!) and then we would go to VA while he's in MOS school for 6 months, then once he graduates from that he would literally just get cut a check for the above amount. He does have student loans that his dad co-signed with him, and those would be the ones we'd be able to pay off. The ones that are just in his name, he can defer for 10 years while he's on AD, and if he does 10 years (at least) then those student loans just go away. It would sure be wonderful to start off our new adventure completely debt free! Not gonna lie! :) It would be the first time in a looonnngggg time that we had any significant savings, and we've NEVER had even close to the amount we would then. We definitely get more excited by the day about this whole thing! Justin was completely psyched, not that he hasn't been already, lol but he was already making allllll kinds of plans. :) So exciting, so so so exciting! :) It's looking like we should have an answer by end of Dec. (if not sooner). It's gonna suck to have to move in the middle of WINTER, but, ya gotta do what ya gotta do! :) God is so GOOD!

Our anniversary is TOMORROW! :) I'm soooo excited to be celebrating 3 years of marriage with my wonderful husband! :) We had a good day today, didn't do a whole lot, but that's nice too. :) We hung out, G slept in until 11:30 :) so did I! haha, we played and played and then she took a couple naps and I hung out, Justin slept since he works tonight, and that's been about the extent of it! Nothing too exciting. :) I'm thinking about just going to take a bath and head to bed myself.

I forgot to mention the other day that I ordered my ball dress! I'm excited to get it. Hopefully it fits well and there aren't any issues with it. The website says it should be at my door within a week. :) We still haven't decided what G should be for Halloween. I guess we better get that figured out huh? I saw a REALLY cute kitty costume at Kohls this weekend in Topeka, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend $40 on it! Guess we'll keep looking. :) We actually don't have too much planned this month (yet). My parents invited us over to GB for dinner for our anniversary on Wed. so I'm pretty excited to do that! We haven't seen them in awhile, I know they sure are missing Griffyn! I'm sure we will hang out with Tara & AJ several times between now and next weekend when he has to go back to Afghanistan. Other than that, not much going on this month, for once! lol Justin has 1 week from Wed. left on nights, then he finally gets to go back to days. Thank the Lord! I am soooo ready!! It's been especially long this time since he hasn't been on days since the beginning of AUGUST! I can't wait to have my husband back! :) haha Well, I guess I really don't have much to update on, just figured I sure write something! Monday is over!! :) I said on FB earlier today that having the best "job" in the world, like I do now, has definitely made Monday's not even matter, I don't 'dread' them like I used to. For me, it's just another awesome day I get to spend with my baby girl. :) But, for those of you who do dread it, at least it's over now! :) Enjoy the rest of your week.
1. I am so thankful for my husband. He makes every day of my life so much better.
2. I love that Griffyn does so many new things every single day. I can't believe how quickly she's growing and learning new things!
3. I am thankful that God has given me this life. I would not change it for anything in the world.
Love
