I did the ab workout for day 3. I also ran this afternoon. I am soorreeeeeee!! That leg & arm workout are no joke!! Serious stuff, for real. I'm super excited to see how much weight I can lose this month and also how many inches. I took tonsssss of measurements so we shall see! :) :) Anyway, just a quick update on that for tonight. These FitFeb updates won't be very long ones (as you can tell).
